How can I redeem a voucher using the web portal?

To redeem a voucher using the web portal, follow the below steps:
1. Using a mobile device or a PC, browse to evoucher.cy/admin and login.
2. Click "Sales" and then "Redeem Voucher".
3. Enter the amount to be redeemed.
If for example the customer wants to purchase a product that costs 50 euro, you have to enter the number 50.
4. Click the + button and enter the 8 digit code number, that the customer will give you.
Note: If the customer wants to redeem more than one vouchers, then click the + button again and input the second code number.
5. Click the “Redeem Voucher(s)” button and the details of the transaction will appear on your screen.
