How can I redeem a voucher using WhatsApp?

Important
First you need to send us your phone number, so we can add it in the phone number list that is allowed to redeem vouchers on behalf of your store.
As soon as the phone number is registered, you can proceed with the steps below to redeem a voucher.
1. Message us at 25 010711 either manually or by clicking the following link: https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=35725010711
If it's the first time you are messaging us, you can click the predefined message that appears in the chat.
2. Click the "Redeem Voucher" button
3. Type the voucher number and the amount you want to redeem
4. Click "Done"
5. If the voucher is valid, you will receive a success message
Note: You can only redeem one voucher at a time.
