How can I send the voucher to the person I want? Can I schedule my voucher to be sent on a later date? Can I change the scheduled delivery date of my voucher? How long does it take for the email to arrive in the recipient's mailbox? What happens if I did not receive the email of the voucher or have lost it?

What can I do if I have sent the voucher to a wrong email address?

If the voucher has not already been redeemed, you can contact us at [email protected] and we can cancel the voucher and issue a new one for you.
